Pelican Theatre Company Inc. (A0043675M) is a not-for-profit incorporated association with voting and non-voting members. Anyone in the community can join the association. The company is conducted according to "rules of association" or a Constitution. The company is run by an Artistic Director and headed by a President, who oversees the company.
